CIAO is an active organization of people living on the coast, near the border of North and South Carolina, who like to have fun together and help charities in our community. Although we celebrate Italian heritage in America in many of our activities, we are open to all ethnic groups and in fact, have members from a wide variety of ethnic groups. Our major fund raiser is a golf tournament (see tab at left) whose proceeds go to veterans' causes.

In addition to the items on the calendar, we hold monthly ladies' lunches, often go to concerts and plays together, play bocce on the beach in summer, and have dinner together at local restaurants. We meet on a Sunday, at the Little River SC VFW is located at 111 Highway 57 North, Little River, SC  29566  (For directions to VFW call  (843) 399-0877 ) .

 

 

March 17 North Myrtle Beach Irish-Italian Festival-We marched, we threw beads, we had lunch together afterwards at Calabsh Elks

March 25 Meeting at Villa Romana, 3PM Lunch (on your own) and a meeting.

Reservations required.We had a short busienss meeting, we ate, we enjoyed, it was great!

April 26. Sunday 2 PM at teh VFW (see above) next meeting,  Come and help plan new fun times together.
